Under the conditions of the Government ECO scheme, you or someone living on the property must meet the following criteria,
Old inefficient or broken boiler will be replaced with A rated boiler
Loft/Cavity Wall/Suspended insulation will help to keep your room warm and protect again cold.
Energy bill will reduce after energy efficiency measures are installed
